Seminar Dates and Details

  1. Friday, March 18, 2022, 9:00am - 12:30pm

    Beyond Foundation/Young Dogs Sequencing

    Teams will work on handling techniques and obstacle skills in shorter sequences, using jumps and tunnels only.

    Prerequisites: To participate, dogs must be at least 10 months of age and be able to handle jumps and tunnels in sequences up to 8 obstacles.

  2. Friday, March 18, 2022, 1:30pm - 5:00pm

    Novice Sequencing

    Teams will work on handling skills in sequences using jumps and tunnels.

    Prerequisites: To participate in this seminar, dogs must be at least 1 year of age and be able to run Novice sequences up to 12 obstacles.

  3. Saturday, March 19, 2022, 9:00am - 12:30pm

    Advanced Sequencing

    Teams will work handling skills in sequences found in Open/Senior Championship level Jumpers courses. Sequences will have jumps, tunnels, and 12 weave poles.

    Prerequisites: To participate in this seminar, dogs must be competing in Jumpers courses and have mastery of 12 weaves. Handlers should be up for a challenge!

  4. Saturday, March 19, 2022, 1:30pm - 5:00pm

    Masters Sequencing

    Teams will work Masters level sequences with some international flavor! Jen will help handlers to choose and execute the best handling techniques in challenging sequences using tunnels, jumps, weaves, and possibly a contact.

    Prerequisites: Dogs must have mastery of all equipment and be competing at the excellent/masters level.

  5. Sunday, March 20, 2022, 9:00am - 12:30pm

    Masters Coursework

    Teams will work on courses designed to help handlers ?put it all together? at the the Masters level. Some international level elements will be included in the courses as well.

    Prerequisites: To participate, dogs must have mastery of all equipment and must be competing at the Masters level.

  6. Sunday, March 20, 2022, 1:30pm - 5:00pm

    Masters Coursework

    Teams will work on courses designed to help handlers ?put it all together? at the the Masters level. Some international level elements will be included in the courses as well.

    Prerequisites: To participate, dogs must have mastery of all equipment and must be competing at the Masters level.

About Jen Pinder

Jen Pinder

Jen has been competitive in agility for over 18 years. Running large and small dogs, Jen has a unique perspective as to how to get the best out of any dog she runs. Over the years, Jen has had many accomplishments, including national titles, AKC, WAO, IFCS, and EO World team as a participant in International competition.

Jen has several Steeplechase Championships, Grand Prix Championships, and USDAA Team Championships. Over the years, Jen has put many upper level titles including ADCH and MACH on her Border Collies, Jack Russels, mix breed, and Shelties. Jen is currently competing with Shelties Dayla and Wicca as well as her Border/Whippet, Brechin.

In addition to her skills as a competitor, Jen's excellent teaching ability and ability to adapt to different styles of dogs is what makes Jen a highly sought after presenter/instructor across the country. We are so happy and lucky to have been able to work with Jen for over 14 years!

Seminar Details

All seminars and workshop will be held in our 100' x 125' climate controlled building.

Strict COVID protocols, including masks worn by all 100% of the time will be enforced. Specific COVID policies will be sent out in the confirmations.

There will be a one hour lunch break each day. Lunch will not be provided, but there are many fast food restaurants and delis in the area within close driving distance. Maps of Leesburg restaurants will be provided.

Each half day seminar (Friday and Saturday) will be limited to 7 working spots. The cost for a working spot (1 handler + 1 dog) is $125, 2 seminars same day is $210.


Each half day Masters seminar (Sunday) will be limited to 8 working spots. The cost for a working spot (1 handler + 1 dog) is $120, 2 seminars same day is $200.


Auditing Spots are $50.


  • Registration opens 1/27 at 9 am for currently enrolled ACA students and 2/3 at 9 am for the general public.

  • Registration is online ONLY via JotForm. The link will be sent out in an email to students and posted on private ACA FB pages 1/27 and posted here. link: https://form.jotform.com/220247841900147

  • A waitlist will be maintained once all working spots are filled.

  • Confirmations will be sent within 48 hours.

* Current ACA students are defined as anyone who attended at least 2 sessions in 2021.
