Sarah Dyer

Sarah Dyer

Instructor

Sarah got her start in dog sports in 2007 with her dog-reactive Standard Poodle, Faith. It took a lot of work, but Faith earned her novice titles in AKC and NADAC agility, most of the AKC and APDT rally titles that were available at the time, and her ONYX and Iron Dog titles in NAFA flyball. Now Sarah competes in flyball with her 9-year-old border collie, Tanqueray, and UKI agility with her 7-year-old mix, Cheerio. She?s also working on agility and flyball foundations with her 1-year-old mix, Peekamoose. When they?re not doing sports activities, Sarah?s dogs love to walk, hike, and cuddle at home.

Sarah is passionate about becoming a better agility handler and dog trainer and attends all the classes and seminars that she can. As an English teacher, she loves to teach whether her students are high school kids or dog owners. She lives in Sterling with her husband, Scott; their dogs; and two tanks of fish.
