Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to create an account
Creating an account will allow you to register for classes online. In our next release, you'll be able to add information for your dogs to your account which will help simplify the registration process for you in the future.
How will registrations be processed?
Registrations submitted online will be time stamped. This time stamp will determine order of receipt and seats within classes.
Can I still register by mail?
No mail in registrations or hand deliveries will be accepted.
Why do I still have to send my check and rabies certificate via mail?
This is the first step of our online registration process. Once we get the various pieces of online registration ironed out, later this year we should be able to accept online payments.
When will I know what class I'm in?
Initially, you will still receive an email confirmation from the registrar as you have in the past.
How come I didn't receive an email after I submitted by registration?
After submitting your registration for a class, you can click on the Class Registrations link under 'My Account' in the left column. This will show you all the classes you have registered for.
What happens if my check isn't received within 7 days of registration?
Your spot isn't guaranteed until your check is received. If the registrar has not received your check within 7 days, your spot may be forfeited if there is a waiting list for the class.
What if I forget my username or password?
Please see the password recovery page.
