On September 5 & 6, at the NCBCC’s AKC agility trial held in Leesburg, VA, JRT Monty (MACH ADCH-Bronze NATCH U-AGI Smilin' Jack's Full Monty JCH-Silver, SCH-Silver, PD3, PJ3, PK3, PS3, LAA-Bronze, XF, S-EAC, S-EJC, O-EGC, S-TN-E, TG-E, O-WV-E, Elite Versatility, 1000 Life Time Pts, RS-E, JS-E, GS-O, CGC, AGIII) Double Q’d on Saturday with a second and third place. This qualified him for the 2010 AKC Nationals. At the same trial, JRT Bindi (MACH U-AGII Bad to the Bone Bindi XF, MAD, SACH-Bronze, SCH- Bronze, JCH, RCH, AG, TM- Bronze, TBAD, TG1, OAC, OJC, NGC, TG-E, TN-E, WV-N, Novice Versatility, AGIII, CGC) Double Q’d with a second place in Excellent B Standard. This qualified her for the 2010 AKC Nationals as well.
New MACH title!
On September 11-13, at the PVBSC and Warrenton KC AKC agility trials, held in Rectortown, VA, Bindi qualified in Excellent B JWW (first place) and in Excellent A FAST (second place) on Friday. She Double Q’d on Saturday, placing first and fourth, and then Double Q’d again on Sunday, placing second in Excellent B Standard, to complete her MACH title. At the same trial, Monty qualified in Excellent B JWW (second place) and in Excellent FAST (first place) on Friday, then Double Q’d on Sunday, with a first place in Excellent B Standard.
On September 19th, at the Mid-Atlantic Madness USDAA trial, Monty qualified in PIII Jumpers (second place), Performance Speed Jumping, PIII Standard (first place), and PIII Pairs with “Comet” Schwartz (first place). At the same trial, Bindi, qualified in Steeplechase, Master Gamblers (second place), and Master Pairs (fourth place).
At the CVAC USDAA trial, held on September 26 & 27 in Chesterfield, VA, Monty qualified in Performance Speed Jumping and PIII Gamblers, placing first, PIII Standard, placing second, and PIII Pairs, with Barb and “Sydney” Bicksler, placing first. At the same trial, Bindi qualified in Master Standard both days, placing second and third, Grand Prix, placing third, Steeplechase, placing third in Round 2, Master Gamblers, placing third, and Master Pairs both days, with “Perk” Hammel (fourth place) and “Surge” Hutchinson (second place).
At the Montgomery All Terrier AKC agility trials, held in Kimberton, PA, on September 29 & 30, and October 1, Monty Triple Q’d on both Tuesday and Wednesday, placing second and fourth in FAST, second and fourth in Standard, and first in JWW each day. On Thursday, he qualified again in FAST with a second place. At the same trial, Bindi qualified all three days in FAST. On Tuesday she finished her XF title with a first place in Excellent A FAST, then in Excellent B FAST on Wednesday and Thursday, she earned two third places.

On August 21st, at the Salisbury Maryland Kennel Club’s AKC agility trial, Shetland Sheepdog Cami (MACH Encore Cameo Keepsake OF) earned the AKC MACH title.

On September 6th, at the NCBCC’s AKC agility trial, Portuguese Water Dog Roxie (Amigo's Brown Velvet AX, AXJ, NAP, NJP, NF, JWD, CGC) qualified and placed third in Excellent A JWW, to complete her AXJ title.
On September 11th, at the PVBS AKC agility trial, Roxie qualified in her first Excellent B JWW class and earned her first MACH point.
On September 26 & 27, at the Greater Fredericksburg KC’s AKC agility Roxie earned her first Double Q, her first MX leg, and her second and third MXJ legs. She earned 18 MACH points.

On September 19th, at the MADness USDAA trial in Gamber, MD, Rat Terrier Spring (U-CH Smartypants Spring Loaded RA, MX, MXJ, MXF, AAD, NCC, NJC, TN-N, FDCh-S, CGC) qualified in Master Jumpers with a second place.
On September 26th, at the CVAC USDAA trial in Chesterfield, VA, Spring qualified in Master Standard with a second place, and Round 1 Steeplechase with a first place. At the same trial, Miniature Pinscher Timmy (Sir Timothy Crimson Tide MXJ, NFP, RA, AJ, SS, SG, AR, PD1, PJ3, PK2, PG2, O-EAC, S-EJC, ECC, O-TN-E, WV-O, TG-N, N-Versatility, ONYX, CGC) qualified in P3 Snooker and P3 Pairs with “Sam” Beauchamp, both first places.
On September 27th, at the GFKC AKC agility trial in Fredericksburg, VA, Border Collie Zippity (MACH ADCH Eiz Zippity Do Da VCD2, RE, MXF, TM-Silver, NCC, FM, CGC) qualified in Excellent B Standard with a first place.
On September 29th, at the Montgomery Terrier Cluster in Kimberton, PA, Spring qualified in Excellent B FAST, placing first and earning her MXF title, and qualified in Excellent B JWW, placing first. On September 30th, she qualified in Excellent B FAST with an 80 point run (first place), and on October 1st, she qualified in Excellent B JWW (first place).

On Friday, September 4th, at the Tuxedo Park Kennel Club’s AKC breed show in North Branch, NJ, Bedlington Terrier Ollie (Chelsea’s Lifelong Great Expectations) went Best of Winners, and under judge and AKC Chairman Ron Menaker, went Puppy Group One (Terrier Group).
On Saturday September 5th, at the NCBCC AKC agility trial in Leesburg, VA, Bedlington Terrier Rudy (CH Chelsea’s Rootbeer Float RE, AX, AXJ, ME) qualified in Novice B FAST, placing second. The following day he earned his first Double Q.
On Saturday, September 12th, at the Potomac Valley Belgian Sheepdog Club’s AKC agility trial, held in Rectortown, VA, Rudy qualified in Excellent B Standard to complete his MX title.
On Sunday, September 27th, at the Old Dominion Kennel Club AKC breed show in Millwood, VA, Ollie went Best of Winners, earning his first major.
On September 29th, at the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club’s AKC agility trial in Kimberton, PA, Bedlington Terrier Josie (CH Chelsea’s Story in Your Eyes RN, NA, NAJ, NJP, JE) qualified in Open JWW, placing first, and in Open Standard. At the same trial, Rudy completed his Novice FAST title with a first place.
On September 30th, at the Scottish Terrier Club of America’s AKC agility trial in Kimberton, PA, Josie completed both her Open Standard and Open JWW titles, placing first in both classes.

At the Artful Dodgers CPE trial, held on August 15 & 16 in Westminster, MD, All American Bobby (Bobby S-OAC, O-OJC, S-NCC, O-TG-O, TN-O, WV-O, O-HP-N, Novice Superior Versatility, PK2, PD1, PJ1, G1, PR1, CSL4) qualified in Specialist Level 4 Jackpot to earn his CSL4-S title. He also qualified in all three runs of Level 5 Standard, Level 5 Full House (twice), Level 5 Wildcard, Level 5 Jumpers, and Level 5 Snooker. At the same trial, All American Milo (Milo S-OAC, O-OCC, O-TG-O, O-TN-O, O-OJC, WV-O, O-HP-N, Novice Superior Versatility, Open Versatility, PK2, PD1, PG1, PJ1, CSL3, CSL4-F, CSL4-R, CSL4-H) qualified in Specialist Level 4 Wildcard to earn her CSL4-H title. She also qualified in two runs of Level 5 Standard, two runs of Level 5 Full House, Level 5 Jumpers, and Level 4 Jackpot.
On September 19th, at the Periland Agility NADAC trial, Milo received a 5-point qualifier in Skilled Elite Regular.
At the NADAC Championships, held on September 23 - 27 in Shelbyville, TN, Bobby qualified and placed sixth in Skilled Veterans Jumpers. Bobby’s team placed fourth in the Team Relay round. At the same trial, Milo qualified and placed fourth in Skilled Veterans Jumpers. Milo’s team placed fifth in Team Round 1, and placed third in the Team Relay round.

At the NCBCC’s AKC agility trial, held in Leesburg, VA, on September 5 & 6, Beagle Shelley (UAGI Shelley Ann Buford MX, MXJ, NF, EAC, OJC, TG-N, TN-O, WV-N, ASA, SG, AS, SR, MJ, AD, CGC) qualified in Excellent B JWW.
At the Potomac Valley Belgian Sheepdog and Warrenton Kennel Clubs’ AKC agility trials, Shelley qualified in Excellent B JWW on Friday, in Open FAST and earned Double Q on Saturday, and qualified in Excellent B JWW on Sunday.
At the Richmond Dog Obedience Club’s AKC agility trial, held in Gloucester, VA, on September 20th, Shelley qualified in Excellent B JWW.

On September 5 & 6, at the NCBCC’s AKC agility trial, held in Leesburg, VA, Cardigan Corgi Jimmy (Fine Creek's Sharp Dressed Man CGC) earned his first and second legs in Novice FAST with two fourth places.
On Saturday, September 26th, at the Greater Fredericksburg Kennel Club’s AKC agility trial, held in Fredericksburg, VA, Jimmy earned his first leg in Novice B JWW with second place.

Smooth Collie Bruiser (CH Misty Morn Sorcerers Spell CD, RE, NA, NAJ, OA, OAJ, HASs/d) went High Scoring Sheep and Reserve HIT at both the Del-Bay Herding trial, held in early August, and the Eastern Regional Collie Club of America’s trial in mid-September. His niece Doodle (CH Misty Morn Silver Screen RA, NA, NAJ, PT) earned her PT title at the Eastern Regional trials.

On August 7-9, at the Contact Sports Club’s USDAA North Central Regional, held in Crystal Lake, IL Border Collie Psi (Keepstone Sideswipe AX, AXJ, MAD, SAM, GM, RM, JM, TM-b, HTDII-s, HTADII-s, HRDII-s, RLFIII-s, CGC) earned his Tournament Master Bronze title by qualifying in the DAM Team Tournament, finishing in 13th place (out of 40+ teams). His teammates were Border Collie "Rapture" and Border Collie "Smart As". Psi also qualified in Master Jumpers and Master Gamblers.
On September 5 & 6, at the Keepstone Farm AHBA Herding trial, held in Berryville, VA, Psi earned a leg in Herding Ranch Dog Level 3, and two legs (with placements) in the Ranch Large Flock Level 3 to earn his RLFIII-s title. This was his first time out in Level 3.
On September 20th, at the Mid-Atlantic MADness USDAA trial in Gamber, MD, Border Collie Skid (ADCH Quicksilver No Brakes AX, AXJ, JCH, SCH, TM-b, PDIII, HRDII-s, HTADI-s, HTDII-s, CGC) qualified in all three runs, to earn legs in P3 Standard, P3 Snooker, and P3 Jumpers. At the same trial, Psi qualified in Master Snooker, and in Master Jumpers, completing his Master Jumpers title.
On September 26 & 27, at the CVAC USDAA trial in Chesterfield, VA, Skid qualified in P3 Relay with Border Collie partner "Sidney" Meyers (first place). She also qualified twice in P3 Gamblers, and in the 2010 Local Qualifiers of Performance Grand Prix and Performance Steeplechase. At the same trial, Psi qualified in Master Jumpers, Master Snooker, and Master Relay, with partner Border Collie "Score", placing first in all three classes. Psi also qualified and won the 26" Grand Prix, to earn his first-ever bye voucher for 2010 Regionals.

At the NCBCC’s AKC agility trial, held on September 5 & 6 in Leesburg, VA, Border Collie Yaz (U-CD Silveridge Yaz CDX, RAE, AD, AG, SSA, SR, OA, AXJ, NF, NAC, NJC, NCC, TG-N, TN-O, WV-N, NADAC Novice Versatility, CGC, TDI) qualified in Excellent A JWW both days, placing first, to complete his AXJ title. At the same trial, Border Collie Lucy (U-CD Loudoun’s Lofty Lucy CD, RE, AX, OAJ, NF, AAD, AS, AR, AG, AJ, NAC, NJC, FDCh-Gold, CGC) qualified in Excellent A Standard both days, placing first, to complete her AX title.
At the Flashpoint Flyball Tournament, held in West Friendship, MD on September 12 & 13, Border Collie Cash (Sagehill Time is Money RE, FMX, HTD1-s, HRD1-s, HTAD1-s, CGC, TDI), running on the Beltway Bandits team Multi-Breed team “Rush Hour”, earned 790 points toward his next NAFA title. Cash set another “personal best” record by running a 3.975 second race Saturday morning, breaking his old record by several hundredths of a second.
At the Mid-Atlantic MADness USDAA trial, held in Gamber, MD on September 19 & 20, Lucy qualified in the Steeplechase, placing fourth; Master Snooker, placing second and earning her third Super Q; Master Jumpers, placing third; and Master Pairs with Border Collie “Player” Heckelman. At the same trial, Yaz qualified in Master Gamblers.
At the Warrenton Kennel Club’s AKC obedience trial, held in Millwood, VA on September 26th, Lucy qualified and placed first in Novice B with a score of 197. This score earned her the High in Trial award.
