Mary Iannelli

Instructor

Foundations, Agility, Obedience

Mary has always had a dog by her side from a very young age growing up on Cape Cod. Her love for animals has been a large part of her life. At an early age Mary fell in love with horses. This would lead to becoming an accomplished equestrian and lead to her career as a race horse jockey and trainer in two countries. All this time Mary had dogs by her side whether on
the track or working the barns. This special connection with her dogs would lead Mary into the world of Search & Rescue (SAR) with her dogs. Mary was an accomplished handler of both air sent and cadaver with her dogs.
Mary and her dogs have receive many awards at the local, state and federal level for her SAR work. Mary was a 9/11 responder to the Pentagon with her K9 Zen. Mary was drawn to agility to assist in her handling skills with her SAR work. She would fall in love with agility and the rest is history.

Mary is an instructor for Puppy, Handling, Contact and Weaves, Foundations, and Good Dog Classes. Mary is also a CGC & Trick Dog evaluator.

Mary and her dogs compete in excellent/masters divisions of AKC, USDAA and UKI. Mary has put numerous MACH, ATCH, and PACHs on her dogs. Mary is always trying to improve her skills, knowledge and abilities by attending classes, seminars and workshops to maintain that close partnership with her dogs.
